Wholesale follow-up for food brands

You make the product.
I keep the conversation going.

Samples sent. Buyers interested. Then things get busy. I help independent food brands follow up, check in on reorders, and keep every next step clear.

The work between orders

Good conversations
deserve a follow-up.

You don’t need another list of tasks. You need someone to work through the one you already have.

01 / AFTER THE SAMPLES

Follow up after wholesale samples.

I follow up after samples arrive, gather feedback, answer with your approved product information, and clarify the next step.

02 / AFTER THE FIRST ORDER

Check in on retail reorders.

I check in with existing accounts about inventory and reorder needs, then pass confirmed requests back to you.

03 / AFTER THINGS GO QUIET

Reconnect with inactive accounts.

I reconnect with inactive accounts, learn what’s holding them back, and identify where a useful conversation is still possible.

And you stay in the loop.An organized buyer listDocumented next actionsA weekly progress update
Simple from day one

Your brand. My follow-through.

01 / GET ALIGNED

Start with the context.

We review your buyer list, pricing, product details, previous conversations, and the accounts that need attention.

02 / DO THE WORK

Personal, consistent outreach.

I work through agreed follow-ups using messaging you approve. You keep control of offers, pricing, and fulfillment.

03 / SEE WHAT HAPPENED

Clear updates. Real next steps.

See who responded, which orders were confirmed, and what’s still open. At the end of the pilot, we review whether continuing makes sense.

Start with a manageable scope

Let’s put your
follow-up list to work.

A focused pilot for established brands with warm buyer conversations or existing retail accounts.

  • You already have a wholesale-ready product.
  • You have interested buyers or active stockists.
  • You can handle production, shipping, and orders.
  • You want help following through consistently.

This pilot focuses on existing and warm accounts. New-buyer prospecting is outside the pilot scope.

The person behind ShelfDesk

Hi, I’m Jordan.

Jordan Fabula · Connecticut

I work in food sales and operations, where the job includes finding buyers, sharing catalogs, arranging samples, and following up. ShelfDesk brings that practical, hands-on support to independent food brands. You work directly with me, and I handle the follow-through personally.

A few useful details

Before we get started.

Are you a distributor or a fulfillment service?

No. Your brand remains responsible for inventory, pricing, invoicing, shipping, and fulfillment. ShelfDesk handles the agreed account follow-up and keeps you informed.

Will you speak to buyers as part of my brand?

We agree on how I introduce myself, which channels to use, and what I can say before outreach begins. Pricing changes and commercial commitments stay with you.

What counts as progress?

We track buyer responses, feedback, confirmed orders, and clear next steps. Open opportunities stay separate from confirmed orders so the report reflects what actually happened.

What do you need from me?

A buyer list you’re authorized to share, relevant account history, current product and wholesale information, and a clear contact for questions and order handoffs.

What happens after 30 days?

We review the work, results, and time involved. If continuing makes sense for both of us, we agree on a monthly scope and fee. There is no automatic renewal.

Fewer loose ends. More follow-through.

Give your buyers a reason to reply.
